Job Type: Full-Time or Independent Contractor, Remote

We are currently seeking experienced and licensed supervisors who hold supervisory designation and are authorized to supervise in the state of Ohio to join our growing telehealth team. Supervisors at Ottavo Health play a key role in ensuring clinical excellence, guiding pre-licensed clinicians, and maintaining the highest standards of care.

We are hiring for the following supervisory roles:

• LPCC-S (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor – Supervisor)

• LISW-S (Licensed Independent Social Worker – Supervisor)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and professional development for pre-licensed clinicians.

• Oversee and sign off on clinical documentation, session notes, and treatment plans to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• Support supervisees in developing therapeutic skills aligned with Ottavo’s neuroaffirming model.

• Conduct periodic case consultations and facilitate reflective discussion to enhance clinical growth.

• Collaborate with Ottavo’s leadership team to uphold ethical, regulatory, and best-practice standards.

• Maintain accurate supervision records in compliance with state licensing board requirements.

• Carry a limited caseload of clients to remain engaged in direct clinical practice.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling)

• Active independent license in Ohio with supervisory designation (LPCC-S or LISW-S).

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing supervision preferred.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based and neuroaffirming therapeutic approaches.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Commitment to supporting both clients and supervisees with compassion, clarity, and professionalism.

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems.
