About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis for approximately 3–5 months . This is a high-volume recruiting role , focused on sourcing, screening, and hiring for positions such as lawn care professionals, sales representatives, and customer service representatives .

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple requisitions at once, and has a proven track record of filling roles quickly while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process — from intake meetings and job postings to offer acceptance.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple channels.

• Making hiring decisions

• Extend offers and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.

• Meet or exceed weekly hiring targets (typically 10–15 offers per week ).

• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the Workday ATS (experience preferred).

• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure timely and efficient hiring.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency).

• Proven success managing high-volume hiring across hourly and/or field-based roles.

• Experience recruiting for customer-facing and operations roles (lawn care, sales, CSR, etc.) strongly preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Workday ATS experience is a strong plus.

• Must be comfortable working fully remote and independently.
