As a Front Desk Officer at a leading financial institution, you will welcome employees and visitors, manage access control and visitor logs, and monitor entry points and alarms to help reduce security-related incidents. You will be the first point of contact, delivering clear communication and customer service while partnering with onsite teams. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies for a financial services location.
- Screen and process visitor entries by confirming identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining sign-in logs, and directing guests to the appropriate contacts and/or areas.
- Monitor lobby activity and security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and access control panels, and report irregularities per post orders.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and documenting actions taken.
- Complete detailed reports on daily activities, visitor traffic, and incident information, and communicate updates to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
