Core Responsibilities / Day-to-Day:
• Full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offers, onboarding prep – no terminations)
• Partner closely with hiring managers and a small internal recruiting team
• Will speak with Candidates for screening/interview purposes
Full-Cycle Recruiting Details:
Includes reviewing resumes, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and posting jobs. Sourcing is minimal - Once they see candidates have applied, they scan the resume and schedule interview if interested.
35–40 open reqs for lower level roles
Higher-level positions: ~20 reqs
