Social Media Content Creator - WC3-19816192

Our CPG client is looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator to develop engaging video and static content for TikTok and Instagram. This position is 35 hours a week and fully remote for the next 12 months. You must work EST business hours.

The ideal Social Media Content Creator will be able to create video and static content for the brand's social channels. You should be comfortable being on camera. This role will be advertising to Gen Z and millennial audiences. You must love baking to excel at this position.

Key Responsibilities of the Social Media Content Creator:

-Monitor social trends to identify content opportunities

-Pitch and produce creative concepts, recipes, and lo-fi lifestyle content

-Create end-to-end assets: filming, editing, designing, and writing post copy

-Act as on-camera talent when needed

-Track performance and recommend optimizations

-Stay current on short-form formats and platform best practices

-Collaborate closely with social strategy and community teams

Required Experience of the Social Media Content Creator:

-A minimum of 2 years in content creation or social media for a brand

-Strong creative skills aligned with brand voice

-Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva Pro, InShot, CapCut, TikTok, and Instagram

-Ability to interpret data for content insights

-Excellent communication and multitasking skills

-Passion for baking

-Experience with social listening/publishing tools is a plus

-Background working with large brands or agencies is a plus
