We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team at All About Kids Daycare & Preschool of North Canton. As a preschool teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and help them develop a love for learning in a fun and nurturing environment. Our preschool classroom is made up of 3- and 4-year-olds. Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment
- Monitor and assess children's progress and communicate with parents daily and twice a year with formal conferences
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children
- Completing daily required paperwork/electronic communications
- Potty training
- Maintaining portfolios
- Maintaining a routine in the classroom
- Cleaning
- Minimum of a CDA, Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (not a requirement but is preferred)
- Previous experience working with young children (min. of 1 year)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, nurturing, and passionate about early childhood education
- Dependable with good work ethic
