We are growing and looking for a part-time customer service representative/office support person to ensure efficient and positive daily operations in our Westlake office. We are looking for excellent verbal/interpersonal communication and computer skills. You will need to interact effectively and positively with both customers and our field team. Office support duties may include data entry and social media updates. Other qualifications for the role include:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service experience (2-5 years) and a great phone personality
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (within our 8 am - 5 pm business hours)
- High level computer and typing proficiency
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications and ability to learn new software
- Ability to multitask and constantly reprioritize.
