You will interact with a diverse group of people, from local residents to our dedicated staff members, and your positive energy will directly influence the atmosphere of our showroom. ResponsibilitiesManage incoming phone calls, directing inquiries to the right departments with a helpful attitude.
Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for our daily operations.
Support the sales and service teams by preparing documents, printing materials, and organizing schedules.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and handle office supply inventory to ensure we never run low.
Assist with data entry tasks to keep our inventory and customer records up-to-date and organized.
RequirementsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Clear and friendly verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver's license.
