Community Manager-Manufactured Housing
Candidates must have manufactured housing experience
Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Community Manager to foster engagement, strengthen relationships, and enhance overall satisfaction within a growing residential community. This role focuses on community building, communication, and resident experience for a new mobile home community development.
Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement & Communications: Develop and implement initiatives to build a strong sense of community, manage communication channels, and ensure residents are informed and connected.
Operational Management: Oversee daily community operations, ensure adherence to community guidelines, and support processes that contribute to a well-organized and welcoming environment.
Resident Relations: Address resident concerns, organize events and programs, and implement retention strategies to maintain high satisfaction and engagement.
Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure common areas are clean, amenities are functional, and community standards are consistently upheld.
Administrative/Reporting: Utilize management software (e.g., Yardi) to track engagement metrics, monitor community feedback, and report on overall community performance.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Previous experience in manufactured housing community management is preferred
Must speak have experience with mobile home park management/manufactured housing
Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills are essential.
