Truck Scale Assembler/Crane Operator - 2nd Shift

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The Masstron Producing Organization (MTMS) is part of METTLER TOLEDO’s Vehicle and Heavy Capacity product families. We specialize in designing, developing, and producing products that support the Vehicle Scale Strategic Business Unit, driving the strategic direction of the global vehicle scale product line. We are seeking a safe, detail-oriented Assembler to join our Truck Scale Assembly team. This role involves assembling vehicle scale modules, operating cranes and forklifts, and preparing products for customer orders. Additional responsibilities will include:

• Assembling and loading vehicle scale modules for shipping.
• Entering production and shipping data accurately into SAP.
• Maintaining production records and performing preventative maintenance.
• Operating forklifts and overhead cranes safely.
• Following all safety, quality, and hazardous material guidelines.
• Participating in 5S and lean initiatives to improve processes.
• Supporting stock control and order fulfillment as needed.

What You Need to Succeed

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience using hand tools in an industrial assembly environment.
• Ability to read blueprints is a plus.
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday 3:15pm-1:45am.
