Position Summary: Report and analyze financials in partnership with plant leadership, to include budgets, monthly closing, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: * Prepare the monthly management accounts and assist with the reporting of the financial accounts at year end. * Supply management information and variance analysis to the business in order to aid strategic decision making. * Assist in the preparation of the annual budget. * Assist with both internal and external audits. * Participate in the day to day activities of the site, as well as cross-functional projects. * Drive the integrity of the account postings within the system (SAP). * Support the team on all aspects of management information and variance analysis. * Work in collaboration with central finance and shared services to ensure transaction processing proceeds smoothly and with minimal error levels. * Travel occasionally as needed. * Other duties as reasonably required from time to time. Minimum requirements: * 3+ years of experience in a Controller in a manufacturing - preferably corrugated paperboard - environment. * College degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field. * Experience with SAP. * Ability to learn and navigate information systems and platforms. * Strong focus on delivering timely, accurate reports. * Team orientation and good communication skills.
