What You'll Do

• Meet with local businesses and their employees
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Present supplemental benefit options
• Help employees select coverage based on their needs
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Work toward weekly and monthly sales goals

High school diploma/GED, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, local travel, and ability to pass a background check are required.

Compensation & Location

This is an in-person, field-based sales opportunity with performance-based compensation, including uncapped commissions, bonuses, and incentives. Individual earnings vary based on performance.
