We Are Hiring — Warehouse Associate (Full-Time)– Returns & Inventory

• Location: Blue Ash, Cincinnati, Ohio
• Compensation: $35,000–$45,000 per year (equivalent to $17–$22/hr )
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• (Weekend OT may be required for after-sales parts shipments, OT paid separately）

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate to support our furniture returns and warehouse operations. This position focuses on receiving returned furniture, inspecting item condition, counting inventory, performing simple packaging touch-ups, picking and packing replacement parts, organizing stock, and helping maintain an efficient warehouse.

Forklift experience is preferred. Candidates who can communicate in Chinese and are willing to learn computer-based warehouse tasks are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive furniture returns and verify shipment contents
• Inspect returned items and record condition accurately
• Count products, parts, and accessories
• Perform simple carton repair, re-taping, re-labeling, or re-packing when needed
• Pick and pack replacement parts orders accurately
• Organize inventory and maintain storage locations
• Move products within the warehouse and stock items in assigned locations
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory checks
• Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment when authorized
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
• Support other warehouse duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Warehouse, returns processing, or inventory experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred; certification is a plus
• Experience working with furniture or large household items is a plus
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn
• Chinese language ability is a plus
• Dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
