Location: 30 minutes east of Cleveland, OH

Pay: $18-$20/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM-1:00 PM (some flexibility; extra hours may be available)

Kelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant with equine/horse experience to support a busy equine medical facility during a maternity leave (approx. March-July, with training beforehand). Potential temp-to-hire opportunity.

Duties Include:

• Answering phones & scheduling appointments

• Filing medical records & creating admission charts

• Assisting with patient intake/discharge

• Receiving payments & adding charges

• Email correspondence & shipping coordination

• Maintaining an organized office

Requirements:

• Equine/horse background required

• Strong customer service & communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
