The Painter/Specialty Construction role involves preparing surfaces and applying paint in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This position requires occasional travel to nearby job sites, typically within 15 miles, and involves leading a small team while reporting to a site supervisor. The role utilizes standard hand tools and brushes and emphasizes safety compliance and quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, and patching.
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols on all sites.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas after job completion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in painting and specialty construction.
