Injection Machine Operator 3rd Shift

Nesco Resource is actively hiring reliable and dedicated Injection Molding Machine Operators for a fast-growing manufacturing facility in Grove City. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a reputable company offering long-term, full-time work.

Hours are 9:30pm to 6:00am, Sunday through Thursday. Starting pay is $16/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect finished parts for quality (flash, short shots, color, quantity, etc.) and report any defects to your supervisor or quality control team immediately.
• Remove finished product boxes from the cell and stack neatly on pallets.
• Label each box with appropriate production labels.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Fill, pack, lift, and stack shipping cartons.
• Record job progress and data on Production Reports or other required documentation.
• Trim excess material and runners using gate trimmers.
• Grind scrap plastic into reusable granules using machine grinder.
• Refill material containers at the machine and notify your supervisor when additional material is needed.

Performance Expectations:

• No more than two missed clock-ins/outs (machine and time clock) per month.
• Maintain standard cycle times for each assigned machine.
• No more than two label or quality issues identified during audits per month.

• Maintain a professional, polite, and team-oriented attitude.
• Support smooth shift transitions by assisting during shift changeovers.
• Be dependable—on time and present for every scheduled shift.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Handle conflict in a mature and consistent manner.
• Be flexible to work voluntary overtime when needed.
• Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts.

Skills & Physical Requirements:

• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Basic math skills including counting and calculator use.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to machine operations and processes quickly.
