Intervention Specialist Teacher 2026-27 School Year
Compass 360 Learning Center utilizes the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and is overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. It's a truly unique and one-of-a-kind program. We aim to find the right direction for every child, every day! We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team. Someone who not only teaches but truly connects with students. This role is perfect for someone who understands that building relationships is just as important as teaching skills- someone who leads with empathy, celebrates all progress, and works collaboratively with a team. Must hold an intervention specialist license or a Bachelor degree in Education(willing to get a supplemental Intervention Specialist License) from the Ohio Department of Education.
Must pass a BCI & FBI background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,736.00 - $73,038.00 per year
