Required Experience:
- 1–2 years of Human Resources experience required
- Previous experience in a healthcare, medical office, hospital, or clinical setting preferred
- Knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and workplace compliance
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred
Preferred Education
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) is a plus

The Difference You’ll Make
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of healthcare staff
- Assist with employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and healthcare regulations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate benefits administration and performance management processes
- Partner with leadership to support staffing and workforce initiatives
- Help foster a professional, respectful, and patient-focused work environment
Qualifications:
Education Preferred:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) is a plus

- Must meet all federal, state, and local health requirements, including post-offer screening requirements
