Job Title: Operations Coordinator – Hyperscale Department
Job Summary
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support our Hyperscale Department in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing a wide range of operational and administrative tasks, including purchase order processing, vendor onboarding, office and facilities support, data entry, and material procurement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a collaborative, operations-driven setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, submit, and track purchase orders and related documentation to ensure accuracy and timely processing
- Coordinate and manage vendor onboarding activities, ensuring compliance with internal requirements and timely approvals
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and facilities; coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed
- Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintain organized operational records and files
- Assist with ordering, tracking, and coordinating delivery of materials and equipment for ongoing projects
- Provide general clerical and administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation
- Collaborate with internal departments to support effective communication and smooth operational workflows
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal systems, tools, and processes related to hyperscale operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Accounts Payable in the Construction industry
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with data entry, document management, and general administrative processes
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Qualifications
- Experience in a hyperscale, construction, or technology-driven environment
- Familiarity with vendor onboarding systems or compliance requirements
- Basic understanding of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain processes

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Plain City, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
