Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience, with at least 2 years in a management role preferred.
• Knowledge of labor management, training, hiring, and health standards.
• Proficient in speaking, writing, and comprehending English in a business setting.
• Highly motivated, energetic, and engaging.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the restaurant operates at the highest standards.
• Educate, communicate, and reinforce quality standards to all team members and management.
• Prepare food that meets MOOYAH Brand Standards.
• Coach and develop management and staff through the MOOYAH Training Program, cross-training, pre-shift meetings, and required training (e.g., Food Safety).
• Develop and execute internal customer engagement programs to ensure guest loyalty, such as addressing customers by name, remembering their favorite meals, maintaining a customer log, sending thank you notes, and using comment cards.
