Youth Support Specialist (DSP)
A Great Opportunity / Part Time OPENINGS/ All Shifts available / $18.25-$19.25 per hour INTERVIEW DAYS ARE ON TUESDAYS - from 10AM TO 12PM & 1PM-3PM AT OUR OFFICE!4740 BELMONT AVE. YOUNGSTOWN, OH 44505 Make sure to bring the following items when you come in to interview: OH Driver's License I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification (SS Card, Birth Certificate, School Visa, Green Card, etc.) Auto Insurance Card Highest Level of Education Diploma (High School, GED, Bachelor's Degree etc.) At ViaQuest Residential Services our DSPs provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in intermediate care facilities and their homes. We Are Looking For- Individuals who have experience working with youth, and comfortable with working alongside clients with possible high behaviors.

- Supervising, teaching and assisting individuals in all aspects of his/her life.
- Completing various household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Providing personal care assistance.
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Personal, reliable vehicle that you're willing and able to use to transport individuals served.
- Valid OH driver's license and car insurance.
- Motor Vehicle Record Must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteria
- Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
