Ops, Sru/Warehouse- 1st shift- $22.09/hour-

Position Summary

Receive, store and distributes material and product, Move components for orders, loading and unloading trucks.

Essential Functions inspect product load for accuracy, and safely move it around the warehouse or facility to ensure timely and complete delivery.

Transport materials between loading, processing, and storage areas.

• Move levers and controls that operate lifting devices, such as forklifts, to load, unload, transport, and stack material.

Position lifting devices under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, and boxes, and secure material or products for transport to designated areas.

Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, Racking, lifting devices, or other transport vehicles.

• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and auxiliary equipment, such as cleaning, lubricating, and recharging batteries,
• Weigh materials or products, and record weight and other production data on tags or labels.
• Operate or tend automatic stacking, loading, packaging, or cutting machines.
• Receive parcels, sign for packages, and distribute parcels to recipients
• Make and correct issues with counts on components in inventory.
• Complete SAP transactions for proper bin identification
• Rotate stock according to date coding.
• Returning components from work orders while compelling with safety rules
• Staging components for work orders, while compelling with safety rules

Operating RF equipment effectively: supplying components for different departments as needed, moving inventory through stock, following all FIFO requirements

• Other miscellaneous duties that occur under Warehouse maintenance and sustainability (i.e.: cleaning, upkeep,
• Follow all EPC Safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Lean 5S policies and regulation guidelines, including extracting raw, FG, and component samples meeting SOP and Quality standards.
• Keeping lines supplied with proper components to insure continuous operation.
• Operate and maintain stretch-wrappers, and other equipment.

Loading and unloading of trailers.

Maintain proper documents and identification of product.

Know how to operate and maintain forklifts.

Safe operation of forklifts at all times.

Required Skills and Experience Minimum one year of previous experience in a distribution and or Manufacturing center, including receiving, pulling orders, packing, and shipping preferred.

Previous experience operating powered industrial equipment (i.e.: forklift, pallets, stock pickers) preferred

Forklift Operator certified

• Current Driver's License required
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and be detailed oriented.

Ability and willingness to work closely with others and departments

Strong organizational skills

• Ability to communicate properly

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Basic computer skills
• SAP / OTC experience

Work Environment

• Working Environment:
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Work schedule is projected to be typical business hours. Some work might be required on night shifts and weekends.
• Key Relationships:
• Site personnel, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Work independently and collaboratively.
