At Bath Experts, our Install Assistants work hand-in-hand with veteran installers, providing support with setup, demolition, cleanup, and the installation of our bath and shower systems. This role is ideal for someone early in their trade career who wants to learn from experienced installers and grow into a Lead Installer position over time. No remodeling experience required — we will train the right candidate.

What you will do:

• Assist the Lead Installer with bath and shower installations
• Support daily job tasks including set up, demolition, clean up, loading/ unloading work truck, measuring and cutting materials, framing, and preparing the space for the install
• Learn and develop hands-on trade skills in carpentry, plumbing, and construction
• Help keep the company truck clean, organized, and stocked with all necessary equipment and materials
• Participate in team meetings and hands-on training sessions
• Deliver a high level of customer service to ensure a 5-star experience

What you need to succeed:

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong desire to learn a skilled trade and grow in the home improvement industry
• Relevant experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, renovation, etc. is preferred
• Ability to accurately measure using basic tools (tape measure, level, etc)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to routinely and safely lift/move items weighing over 50lbs
• Ability to use power tools as necessary
