Location: Akron, OH
Job Type: Full-Time | 5-Day Work Week

Job Description
We’re hiring a motivated, professional Luxury Sales Consultant to represent the Lexus brand and provide an exceptional experience to every guest. Whether your background is in luxury automotive, high-end retail, hospitality, or real estate—if you know how to connect with people and deliver value, we want to meet you.

What We Offer

• One of the most lucrative sales compensation structures in the industry

• 5-day work week: Monday–Friday (9AM–6PM), Saturday (9AM–5PM), Closed Sundays

• Up to $600/month Lexus vehicle allowance upon Lexus Master Certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class, consultative guest experience

• Build lasting client relationships and maintain follow-up communication

• Present vehicle features and benefits with confidence and accuracy

• Coordinate financing and lease options with transparency and integrity

• Achieve individual sales and customer satisfaction targets

• Stay informed on product updates and industry trends

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (college degree a plus)

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Previous sales experience required; luxury or relationship-based selling preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Available to work some evenings and Saturdays

• Must pass background check and drug screening
