Janitorial Floor Technician (Floater)

The Janitorial Floor Technician will be driving to 3 different locations in Cincinnati to provide janitorial floor care. R esponsible for performing janitorial floor work and cleaning assignments on a day-to-day basis according to the specifications stated or as deemed necessary by supervisor.
Requirements:- High School or GED preferred.
- 2-5 years of janitorial service experience including stripping, waxing, scrubbing, buffing, carpet cleaning and operating janitorial floor machinery required.
- Must have reliable transportation in order to drive to each of our 3 different locations.
- Must be able to work independently after being given a directive. Must be a self- starter. Must know chemical and emergency procedures.
- Must be able to identify and maintain the various types of floors installed in industrial and office establishments.
- Must be able to identify and operate the typical janitorial commercial floor machines utilized in the cleaning of industrial and office establishments.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds, walking, standing, bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Must pass initial drug testing and contract's security background checks.
Generally from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm; M - F (flexibility required due to special projects).
