Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Composite Operator who will actively engage in the production and assembly of composite parts.

What you will get to do

• Composite Press use and navigation including set ups
• Ability to set up, inspection, adjustment, trouble shooting, and overall production of Composite Press parts
• Ability to use set up sheets to perform basic and complex set ups
• Ability to inspect parts using QC inspection equipment
• Ability to produce at established rates with efficiencies at or above 100%
• Set up and safe operation of safety curtains and overall machine use utilizing Safety Set Up Sheets

What you bring to the team

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience in manufacturing preferred
• Prior experience with composites preferred
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
