QIDP/Service and Support Coordinator
At CRSI, we are committed to enhancing the wellbeing and quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities. As a QIDP (Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional)/Service and Support Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in fostering an environment that supports individuals' needs through personalized service plans. This position requires someone who is passionate about advocacy and has a strong foundation in coordinating care that meets both health and safety standards as well as promotes personal growth for individuals under our care. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and utilize your expertise in the healthcare and social services sectors to ensure optimal service delivery in accordance with federal and state regulations.
