Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for driving schedule, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. Proven ability to manage ground-up and/or renovation projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and sequencing
Experience leading subcontractor coordination and field teams
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Familiarity with construction management software and scheduling tools
