Job Description

• Complete service requests professionally and efficiently
• Support grounds upkeep and assist with unit turns
• Troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, appliance, and general building repairs
• Work independently while maintaining high-quality results
• Represent the community with reliable and resident‑focused service

Required Skills

• Industry experience in apartment maintenance
• Well-rounded skills across general building/property maintenance
• Must have own tools
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• Strong problem‑solving and customer‑service mindset

Preferred Skills

• Experience with turns and punch lists
• Light HVAC, plumbing, or appliance repair knowledge
