**Position:** Quality Control Operator (2 Opening) in Salem Oh
**Location:** Columbiana County Area
**Pay:** $15.00$18.00 per hour (based on experience)
**Shift:** 1st Shift

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented **Quality Control Operator** to support production by operating special process machinery, recording measurements, and ensuring products meet quality standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining product integrity and supporting a smooth, efficient workflow.

**Responsibilities:**

* Operate special process machinery and document inspection results
* Use micrometers and calipers to verify quality standards (experience preferred, not required)
* Operate surface grinders, cutoff saws, and other equipment safely and efficiently
* Record measurements and maintain accurate production documentation
* Perform basic equipment upkeep to support production flow
* Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals
* Follow safety procedures and quality guidelines at all times

**Requirements:**

* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Ability to follow instructions and document results accurately
* Mechanical aptitude a plus
* Previous quality or machine operation experience preferred (not required)
* Reliable attendance and positive team attitude
