CDL-A Regional Driver New Grads & Experienced Drivers Welcome
Structured regional position with planned routes, consistent miles, and reliable weekly pay. Designed for recent CDL-A graduates starting out and experienced drivers seeking steady regional work.
Pay & Miles
- Average weekly pay $1,300–$1,500+
- $0.56–$0.64 CPM based on verified experience
- 2,200–2,800 miles per week
- $15 per stop
- Weekly pay with transparent settlements
Schedule & Freight
- Regional lanes with consistent dispatch
- Two weeks out, two full days home
- Mix of drop & hook and live load/unload
Equipment & Benefits
- Assigned automatic transmission trucks
- Medical, dental, vision after 30 days
- 401(k) and paid time off after one year
- Rider and pet programs after solo
Experience Levels
- Recent CDL-A graduates from an accredited school welcome
- Experienced drivers: minimum 6 months of recent, verifiable OTR experience
Requirements
- Class A CDL, age 21+
- Solid, verifiable employment history required
- Clean MVR and PSP
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screening
