Responsibilities
Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children
Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community.
Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Support childrens individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field.
• 35 years of Director-level experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of state licensing regulations.
• Highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in overseeing all preschool operations.
• A strong track record of hiring, developing, and retaining staff.
• Commitment to building positive, trusting relationships with families and the community.
