Position Overview:
Corghi USA is seeking a reliable, mechanically inclined individual to join our team in a full-time office support and dispatch role. The primary responsibility of this position is handling national account work order dispatch and follow-up. This role involves answering phone calls, managing emails, coordinating service requests, and learning our equipment so you can help identify the correct parts needed for service centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage national account work order dispatch and scheduling
• Follow up on open work orders to ensure timely completion
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer and service center emails
• Coordinate with service centers to support repairs and maintenance requests
• Learn the basics of our tire changers, wheel balancers, and wheel aligners to help identify and send the correct parts for service jobs
• Perform general computer-based office and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn equipment and parts identification
• Comfortable using computers on a daily basis
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on details
• Dependable and punctual

Education & Experience:

• No degree required
• Previous dispatch, office, customer service, or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required

A motivated, detail-oriented person who can stay organized, communicate clearly, and keep work orders moving efficiently. Mechanical familiarity is helpful for identifying parts and understanding service needs, but this is not a technical support position.
