CNC Operator
Our CNC Machine Operators don't just load parts — they play a critical role in producing precision components for industries that demand excellence. Location: Willoughby, OH | Aerospace & Defense ManufacturingPay: $18 - $25/hour based on experience
Shift: 2nd shift - Monday - Friday, 3:00pm – 1130pm, but can be flexible on the times if needed.
Job Duties:
- Operate CNC mills and/or lathes to manufacture high-quality, precision parts
- Perform tool offsets, work origin adjustments, and minor program edits
- Conduct in-process inspections with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Monitor tooling for wear and proactively replace as needed
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and efficient
- Perform basic machine maintenance and assist with preventive tasks
- Follow all safety protocols and help maintain a safe production environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with CNC machinery
- Positive, team-first mindset with eagerness to learn and grow
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment
- Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) a plus
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- U.S. Citizenship required (for Department of Defense projects)
- High school diploma or equivalent
