I'm a proud graduate of the University of Cincinnati and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, and Ive spent the past 17 years building a career around helping people protect what matters most. Before opening my agency, I worked as a team member for another State Farm agent, which gave me the foundation to create a successful business centered on exceptional customer service and strong relationships. Our office is friendly, laid-back, and collaborative a place where we work hard, celebrate wins, and always keep our focus on delivering top-tier service. My team has been with me for many years, and that longevity speaks to the supportive, team-oriented culture weve built. Currently, we are a close-knit group of three, and were excited to grow with new team members who share our passion for helping others. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Deatria Walker - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
