Attorney – General Litigation (Commercial, Real Estate, Construction Litigation)
SSP Law Co. LPA is seeking an attorney to join our growing Commercial, Real Estate, and Construction litigation practice area in our Hyde Park location.
For more than 25 years, attorneys at SSP have anticipated the needs of our clients and taken bold, strategic action on their behalf. We have earned a reputation of being business-savvy, pragmatic attorneys of integrity and aggressive advocates when our clients' interests are on the line. Candidates must have strong academic credentials, a commitment to delivering quality legal work for the firm's clients and be committed to growing their practice. Candidates should have excellent analytical, writing, and legal research skills, strong attention to detail and work with a sense of urgency. The successful candidate must exhibit a "client first" approach to the practice of law.
Preferred experience or knowledge in general litigation including:
- Business litigation
- Real Estate litigation
- Construction litigation
- Creditor's Rights and Collections
- Homeowners & Condominium Associations
- Corporate governance and management litigation
- Juris Doctorate degree required
