A well-established national law firm is looking to add a Corporate / M&A Associate in Cincinnati.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to work on a wide range of sophisticated business transactions while building a well-rounded corporate practice.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Advising on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Supporting business transactions and strategic joint ventures
- Entity formation and governance
- Financing and restructuring matters
- Fund formation and other complex corporate work
What They’re Looking For
- 4+ years of corporate / M&A experience
- Experience handling sophisticated business transactions
- Strong drafting and deal management skills
- Ability to work directly with clients and manage matters
- Strong academic credentials
