  • Extensive hands-on experience with RTM development and maintenance, and application of definition of done to validate both functional and non-functional requirements.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, translate business and clinical needs into actionable technical requirements, and lead working sessions that drive clarity and alignment.

  • Advanced experience performing business and systems analysis, including mapping workflows, analyzing system dependencies, data integrations, and interface requirements.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and close requirement gaps, perform impact analysis, and drive alignment across workstreams.

  • Skilled in facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings to support requirement validation, scope refinement, and solution planning.

  • Deep knowledge of SDLC methodologies, with proven application of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project environments.
