As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, event attendees, and donors. Your efforts will be essential in ensuring event success and client satisfaction , making a significant impact on our events and the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support : Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate event information, and resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.

• Event Promotion : Actively promote upcoming fundraising events and marketing campaigns , engaging with attendees, participants, and supporters to boost event visibility.

• Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met during both event planning and execution phases.

• Data Management : Track donations, enter event data, and manage participant lists to maintain accurate event records .

• Problem Solving : Address and resolve any concerns or complaints from clients and event participants in a courteous, effective, and timely manner.

• Team Collaboration : Collaborate closely with event coordinators and marketing teams to ensure smooth event execution and high customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework is a plus).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and event participants.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
