Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce a remote opportunity for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives for our Investment Platform, open to candidates residing in Greece. This role is well-suited for individuals enthusiastic about finance and technology, eager to support customers navigating our investment services. You will play a critical role in ensuring a positive and informative experience for our clients in German.

• Handle customer inquiries related to the investment platform, including account setup, investment options, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in German
• Provide clear guidance on investment products, market trends, and platform functionality
• Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to their accounts and transactions
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for tracking and improvement purposes
• Collaborate with the finance and technical teams to resolve complex customer queries effectively
• Stay updated on investment products and market information to provide informed support to customers

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in finance or investment platforms
• Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity and customer satisfaction
• Ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively, with a proactive customer service mentality
• Comfortable working in a remote environment and self‑managing tasks in a timely manner
• Familiarity with CRM software and online communication tools
