Compensation :

The pay range for this position is $15.50-17.50ph . This range represents the minimum and maximum pay that Hospitality Staffing Solutions reasonably and in good faith believes it will pay for this role at the time of posting.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling procedures efficiently to uphold environmental standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to ensure clarity and shine.
• Carry out routine custodial duties including restocking supplies like paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or touch-up painting in residential or commercial settings.
• Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations.

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential environments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and stripping is advantageous.
• Experience with industrial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers or pressure washers is a plus.
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks like basic repairs or painting enhances your suitability for this role.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards are essential.
