We're hiring a production-ready Backend Developer
We're hiring a **production-ready Backend Developer** to work on a live **SaaS platform**. This role is for engineers with real experience shipping, maintaining, and scaling backend systems — not tutorial or greenfield-only projects.
What you will do:
* Build and maintain **REST APIs** using FastAPI or Django
* Manage **PostgreSQL schemas and migrations** on live data
* Implement **auth systems** (JWT, OAuth2, sessions)
* Integrate third-party services (payments, email, cloud APIs)
* Debug and optimize **production performance and reliability**
* Deploy and maintain backend services (Docker, Gunicorn, Nginx, cloud)
Required:
* 3+ years backend experience with **Python**
* Strong **FastAPI or Django** production experience
* PostgreSQL + safe migration experience (Alembic/Django migrations)
* Experience deploying and running backend services in production
* **AWS experience** (S3, SQS, RDS, Lambda)
* **ETL pipelines** – data extraction, cleaning, and processing in Python
* **Cron jobs and task scheduling** (cron, Celery, or similar)
* Comfortable working on **existing SaaS systems** with real users
* Team experience using Git and Agile workflows
Nice to have:
* SaaS product experience
* CI/CD pipelines
* AWS SES, CloudWatch, or additional AWS services
* Monitoring/logging tools (Sentry, CloudWatch)
