Position Summary:
Responsible for loading, checking, and inserting dividers while ensuring product quality and accuracy. This role involves monitoring series, color, and serial numbers, inspecting materials for defects, and reporting quality or equipment issues to supervision. The position follows written and verbal instructions, maintains a safe and organized work area, and handles materials and equipment with care while supporting overall production operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform duties to load check and insert dividers
- Work from written and verbal instructions
- Monitor quality of product check series, color and serial numbers.
- Inspect and notify supervisor of obvious poor quality.
- Exercise proper care in the use of tools, equipment and materials
- Detect and report faulty equipment, defective material, improper operations and unusual conditions to supervision
- Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed
- Lift up to 25lbs
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma / GED equivalent
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have excellent manual dexterity
- Must be able to read English, have good math and number skills.
- Must be able to follow both oral and written instructions
- Must have high energy to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have basic understanding of the U.S. numbering system.
