NOW HIRING: PROCESS SUPPORT TEAM MEMBER

Pay:
$19.00/hour

Schedule:
Full-time
12-hour rotating shifts: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM and 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
4 days on / 4 days off
Includes rotating day and night shifts, weekends required

JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Process Support Team Member to assist with essential process support functions that ensure continuous production operations. This role supports manufacturing activities by handling materials, operating equipment, maintaining organization standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Comply with all company policies, safety, and environmental requirements
Promote a positive workplace culture through daily actions
Operate mobile equipment, machinery, and hand tools as required
Receive, store, stage, and ship raw materials and finished products
Perform safety and environmental inspections and complete required documentation
Participate in 6S and other continuous improvement activities
Clean and maintain plant and facility grounds
Work independently and assist with training new employees
Develop an understanding of operational metrics that support business performance
Perform additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends
Experience in a fast-paced, heavy manufacturing environment preferred
Steel or foundry experience is a plus
Mobile equipment certification preferred
Mechanical aptitude required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent bending, stooping, and physical activity
Comfortable working in hot and cold environments
Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
Adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
Strong work ethic and reliability
