• Build & Develop Talent: Hire, coach, and grow a high-performance team aligned with our values of hospitality, hustle, humility, teamwork, and constant improvement.
• Lead with Autonomy: Take full responsibility for your store’s performance, people, and profitability.
• Solve Problems Fast: From team dynamics to daily operations, you find what’s broken and fix it quickly.
• Drive Results: Set aggressive goals and rally your team to exceed them every shift, every week, every month.
• Own the P&L: Understand the numbers. Use them to make smart, strategic moves that grow the business.
• Connect with Purpose: Build strong relationships with your crew, your customers, and your community.

THE BASICS:

• 3+ years of management experience, restaurant experience a plus
• Strong communication & leadership skills
• Experience with FoodTec POS, Office 365 a plus
• Physical ability to stand, move, lift up to 40 lbs, and handle the heat (literally)
