I/DD Youth Residential Operations Manager
At ViaQuest Residential Services we provide quality support and services to youth with developmental disabilities in their homes.

- Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
- Ensure individuals' service teams are operating and communicating effectively.
- Financial oversight of program.
- Four-year degree in social services or a related field.
- May substitute degree with high school Diploma and 4 years of I/DD or Multi System Youth experience
- Previous supervisory/management experience.
- Valid DL that meets company Authorized Driver Criteria.
- Paid training.
