The Lamination Line Lead will learn, operate, and eventually manage the lamination process for PVC profiles at GEALAN Window Systems. At first, the focus will be on fully learning and independently running the lamination line. As the department grows, this role will transition into a lead position supervising additional team members.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Initial Operation Learn GEALAN lamination processes, machine settings, foil handling, adhesives, and safety procedures. Operate the lamination line independently, including startup, changeovers, temperature control, and foil alignment. Troubleshoot issues such as foil tracking, adhesive flow, and roller adjustments. Production & Process Management Follow daily production plans and prepare all necessary materials. Adjust process parameters to maintain quality and reduce waste. Ensure finished profiles meet GEALAN quality standards. Record production data and report any issues. Quality Assurance Perform visual and dimensional checks on laminated profiles. Document defects and support quality improvement efforts. Future Supervisory Role As the lamination team expands: Train new operators. Assign tasks and oversee daily activities. Support safe, efficient, and continuous improvement practices. Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, and production planning. Required Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude; ability to learn and operate machinery. Ability to read production orders and technical instructions. Willingness to work hands-on and independently. Preferred Qualifications Experience with lamination equipment or similar production machinery.
