Business Analyst - Mobile Application

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst – Mobile Application for a Contract role with a client in Cleveland, OH (100% Onsite) . The ideal candidate will have deep commercial banking expertise, strong mobile product experience, and excellent stakeholder communication skills in multi‑vendor environments.

Rate Range: $49/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Analyst – Mobile Application job responsibilities include:

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, validation, and documentation for commercial mobile banking features.
• Document BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and process flows.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams, engineering, QA, product owners, and vendors to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Support Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, refinement, demos) and track stories in Jira/Confluence.
• Perform gap analysis, assess upstream/downstream system impacts, and support design walkthroughs.
• Participate in UAT planning and execution, including test case review, defect triage, and validation.
• Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication, obtain approvals, and manage expectations throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Desired Qualifications:

• 8–12 years of Business Analyst experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience supporting mobile application development or enhancement projects.
• Strong domain knowledge in commercial banking including ACH, Wire, Cash Management, RTP, and digital services.
• Experience delivering initiatives in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly in multi‑vendor delivery environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate business needs into clear functional documents.
• Experience working with onsite/offshore delivery teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $56.00 per hour
