About the Position

D&S Automotive is currently seeking an experienced Parts Coordinator to join our parts team. The Parts Coordinator has a crucial role in the repair process, contributing to the speed and quality of vehicle repairs. After the successful completion of your 90 days you will be eligible for a $1.500.00 sign-on bonus.

This is a full-time opportunity that works during the 7:45 am - 5:30 pm time frame, Monday through Friday. The Body Shop Parts Coordinator will report to the Collision Center Manager and pay will commensurate with the chosen candidate's experience.

Essential Job Functions

• Work and communicate with estimators to determine what parts are required to repair vehicles
• Work with vendors to locate and order parts in the most efficient manner
• Receive and mirror match parts to check for accuracy and quality
• Enter invoices and credit memos into estimating system, CCC One
• Properly storing away paint supply deliveries
• Track returns and follow up with vendors on pending credits
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
• At least one year automotive parts experience preferred
• Familiarity with CCC One estimating software preferred
• Experience with parts ordering software such as Parts Trader, Parts Bridge, etc. preferred

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to perform periodic lifting and carrying objects up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to reach above and below shoulder level
• May be exposed to fumes, chemicals, high levels of dust and noise from body shop
