- Independently formulate decisions &/or judgments involving non-legal interpretation of policies & procedures as they would apply to given situations to resolve problems.
- Prepare & respond to correspondence &/or reports or carry out other assignments.
- Review & summarize personnel reports.
- Represent supervisor at meetings or conferences with other agencies.
- Communicate decisions, directives &/or assignments to appropriate staff.
- Represent division or agency on interdivisional task forces or committees.
- Organize meetings &/or conferences.
- Maintain confidential files; Prepare records retention & disposal schedules & arrange record transfers.
- Enter requisitions & pay invoices; Serve as payment card holder for the Office of Personnel.

Option 130 mos. exp. or 30 mos. trg. in secretarial/administrative professional field. Option 2- Or completion of associate core coursework in secretarial science or business office applications from accredited career school or community college;
12 mos. exp. in secretarial/administrative professional field.
Option 3- Or 12 mos. exp. as Administrative Professional 2,16872.
